I have firefox on my computer but I do not have an active internet connection.
When I start up MobiDVD and try to open a DVD, it locks up.
Can this be used without it being on the internet? My computer that has internet is not in the same room with the computer that I watch DVDs on.

I have a concern that even when the program appears to be running, it runs for an indeterminate amount of time. As in: I have never had it finish ripping a DVD, but it thinks it will in the next thirty-three or so hours. (we've tested it on five different systems) I am testing the 1.0.0.5 version as I type. It says that it is running at 0.05X speed!
